Be Certain About What You’ll Pay
We charge a nominal service fee to diagnose what is wrong with the appliance(s).  We are willing to discount that fee when we work with property managers. Once the problem has been identified, our tech will explain the costs to repair the appliance, including the prices for parts and labor. If you would prefer to replace the appliance, we can assist in procurement and installation of a new appliance and disposal of the old appliance.

Flexibility
Appliance Guard is the most flexible appliance repair company in Los Angeles.  You most likely want to work with a company that has repair hours that work for your tenants.  We have flexible hours and can work with you to set up appointments based on your preference including weekends. We can send an email or phone call to let you know what time we have your appointment scheduled.

After the Repair
We have found that many property managers (and the owners) appreciate what we do after the appliance repair. Starting with the invoice, we provide complete information about the repair, we can send invoices via email or regular mail, or if you prefer, we can charge the repairs to a credit card then send you the invoice for your records.  In addition, we maintain a database of each repair we have completed for you by address, and retain model and serial numbers of each appliance we work on.

You will have full information to help you make an informed decision. If you do not want to have it repaired immediately, our written price estimate is good for 90 days, and you only owe for the service call at the time of diagnosis.
